Stan P. Moore, CPA, Founder & Principal
Stan is an active Certified Public Accountant (N.C. Certificate #32076) in North Carolina. Since 1992, he has exclusively served local, privately-owned businesses. He is passionate about helping business owners optimize their potential, be proactive, and solve problems. Stan has been a Commercial Banker, Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Business Advisor in addition to a Tax Professional. He has been a speaker at colleges, business events, CPA firms, and the North Carolina Association of CPA’s conference on topics ranging from “Business Tax” to “Improving Cash Flow” and “Bank Financing for Businesses.” He has served on the board of directors for two local companies and has resided in the Triangle since 1999. Stan and his wife, Tamara and son are active members of The Shepherd’s Church in Cary, North Carolina and professes Jesus Christ as his Savior.
Stan is not a typical accountant. He enjoys teaching and implementing business processes with a hands-on, deep-dive approach. He reviews tax returns and financial data with clients so they truly understand the “why” in addition to the “how much.” Educating clients is as important as providing a service to Stan, so he works best with those who want to learn for the right reasons. Integrity, accountability, and high moral character are paramount principles of his firm.
Tamara Moore, Office Manager
Tamara serves as our Office Manager, Staff Bookkeeper, Tax Return Processor, and provides premium service to all of our clients. She attended Bob Jones University in South Carolina and has a multi-faceted background. Tamara has served in various church ministries in addition to corporate positions for Coca-Cola, Krispy Kreme, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a native North Carolinian and a mother of two with three grandchildren. Her passion for serving others is apparent in all aspects of her life, including musical talents in gospel ministry.
Stephen Farmer, EA, ABA
Stephen serves our clients as a staff accountant and tax preparer with over 25 years of industry experience. His professional designations include “Enrolled Agent” (EA) as a certified tax preparer and client representative with the Internal Revenue Service, the highest credential the IRS awards with unlimited practice rights. Stephen is also an Accredited Business Accountant (ABA) focused on small to medium sized businesses. He has spent his career providing hands-on service with all bookkeeping, accounting, software, and taxation needs of privately-owned businesses and their owners. Stephen, his wife, daughter, and furry friends reside in the Raleigh area.
